Hi! My name is Jacqueline, I am the co-founder of JM Homecare, along with friend and fellow co-founder, Mercy.  Together, we have partnered up to establish JM Homecare as we truly believe that there is a need for a quality, compassionate, caring and ethical agency such as ours.

Why do we care?  We care because Mercy and I are both extremely busy working mothers and have experienced the tremendous stress of trying to provide for our families’ needs while trying to juggle demanding careers. Thus, we understand the anguish of searching for an agency that truly understands and cares for your needs and the needs of your family.

We want to have the best caregiver possible who can make a significant impact in our lives, and the lives of our children. Why should you expect your family to settle for less?  We don’t and you shouldn’t, either.

We are dedicated to helping families find the best care they desire for their love ones. We are here to help alleviate all your concerns as well as to help shoulder your burden in this complex process. 

JM Homecare Agency Inc., is located in the greater Vancouver region, placing caregivers throughout Canada. We specialise in the field of trained nanny, care-aide/eldercare, and household management staff placement services.  These services are available to professional couples, families and those with specific requirements such as live-in domestic/special care assistance, child-caring services (regular/on short-notice), household management and maintenance needs. We also offer businesses commercial janitorial services.

We pride ourselves in upholding and seeking caring individuals who provide the highest standards of ethical practice and quality service for families.
